You and your fellow ROCKHOUNDS have decided to publish a Grade 5 reference book about minerals.
Go to a mineral gallery and select three minerals. Choose one of them for testing. Perform each test and record the results on a Mineral Profile Sheet. (see teacher)
On a piece of 8.5 x 11" paper, color in a border and illustrate your mineral. Write a paragraph that describes it. Include 3-5 facts that you recorded on the Mineral Profile Sheet.
